Jill Schmit

My name is Jill Schmit and I am a real estate professional in Green Bay & NE Wisconsin. I am a Green Bay native and have lived in Wisconsin all of my life. As the youngest in a large family, being here allows me to be near many of my family and friends. As a lifetime resident, our community is at the heart of my business. I am excited about living here, and enjoy the wonderful people, seasons, culture and outdoor activities that are so abundant in this great area.
In my practice of real estate I am well known for great customer service, consistent communications, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents. This includes a focus on continuous improvement through education. I know what it means to communicate and I know that it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buyer or selling experience positive and seamless!
